    • ... stretch the arm by a strongly pull forwards

  • Defense technique
    Shoulder throw - Kata seoi
    • Hammer fist strike (Kentsui ate) with the non-gripping hand onto the Biceps of the weapon guiding, stretched arm
    • Body rotation about further 90° directly in front of the aggressor
    • Approach of Kata seoi or Seoi nage
    • Consistent and vigorous implementation of the shoulder throw

  • Completion
    • Disarm and ensuring the weapon

    • ... a final Atemi technique
