The techniques are extremely fast, consistently and hard to perform!

At threats there is basically a defensive posture (eg hands up) set up and the aggressor has to to calm down or distract by submissive speeches

  • Initial situation
    • Threat from the front with the head on abdomen

  • Avert threat
    • Speaking as a distraction
    • Give up attitude (Hands up)

    • ... vertically rising elbow strike (Age hizi uchi) to the chin of the aggressor

  • Defense technique

    • Body rotation about 180° to the attacking arm in front of the aggressor, doing this ...
    • ... the striking arm grips over the weapon guiding arm of the aggressor, which was gripped by the blocking hand at the wrist, and ...
    • ... is led under the arm, so the elbow joint of the aggressor is located on the forearm
    • By pressure of the wrist downwards of the weapon guiding hand and lifting the forearm the elbow stretch lever takes effect
