  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located directly behind the defender
    • Strangulation grip from behind with both hands in the stand

  • Loosen grip
    • Grip with both hands both strangle hands from the inside
    • The fingertips pess on the inner wrists
    • Rotate both strangling arms to the outside

  • Defense technique
    Elbow stretch lever as a transport technique
    • Lay both rotated arm with the elbow joints on both shoulders
    • Strechtch the upper body upwards
    • Press both wrists downwards

  • Completion
    • Transportation of the aggressor
    • For a secure transport, the aggressor must stand on the toe tips!

Strangle attacks pose a threat to life, they are consistent, timely and hard to fend off!
