    • The aggressor is located in front of the defender
    • Two handed strangulation in the stand

  • Loosen grip
    • bilateral, circling striking movement with the forearms from the bottom inside to the top outside against the forearms of the aggressor

  • Defense technique
    Hand edge strike, Knee shock
    • Ambidextrous horizontal hand edge strike (Mae shuto uchi) to the carotid arterys
    • Lay both hands on to the back of the head of the aggressor and pull it downwards, during ...
    • ... a knee is raised upwards to the face of the aggressor (Hiza gashira ate)
