Nami ashi uke – Wave leg/foot block

Nami ashi uke includes a number of blocks, which use primarily sweeping techniques using the leg or foot, accordingly, Nami ashi uke techniques are dynamically. The blocks are suitable for the lower Chudan and the full Gedan level. The technique is also known depending on the school as Nami gaeshi.

In the group of Nami ashi uke the following defense techniques can be classified:
