Tate hisigi - vertical bending

TORI holds UKE with one hand on the back of the head, with the other on the front of the jaw. The head of UKE is first pressed into the neck and then forced by side circular pressure with the hand on the jaw to a rotational movement. This will bring an elongation and rotation of the cervical vertebrae.

This technique, because of the high risk of injury, never performs jerky!

COMMENT:
The technique can be performed from a plurality of positions both in stand with transition to the ground and in the bottom layer.
