Gayaku te kubi - convers wrist

TORI and UKE stand opposite each other, UKE attacks for example the right collar of TORI. The right hand of TORI grips in a right-handed circular motion from the inside around the left forearm of the UKE. During this movement, the inside of TORI's wrist must always be in contact with the forearm of UKE, it may not describe a wide circle. This movement must be performed relatively quickly and smoothly. Here goes TORI's palm below UKE's elbow to arrive in the region of its own chest.

When the right forearm of TORI has passed under the left forearm of UKE, TORI take both of his hands. They have, as well as his elbows close body contact. During the previous turning movement, UKE's left wrist was stuck under TORI's right armpit and thus blocked.

The side of the forearm of TORI is located at the inner side of UKE's forearm, slightly lower than the elbow. Due to strong bending backwards and raising arms of TORI the left elbow of UKE is leveraged.
