Ude garami - arm control

UKE attempts to grab the collar of TORI, which is located at the side of him, with his left arm. TORI then lays his left hand on the back of the left wrist of UKE, so his palm is located on the outside of UKE's wrist. Now TORI tends with his upper body down on the chest of UKE (with arm bent) to fix so UKE's wrist on the floor next to UKE's left side. Here, his left elbow braced on the ground in the vicinity of UKE's left cheek, his forearm resting on the ground.

TORI pushes his right hand with the palm facing the ground, under the angled left arm of UKE, perpendicular to his left forearm. His right elbow has the same distance from his shoulders as his left elbow. TORI comprises with his right hand, his own left wrist from above. By stretching his right leg TORI burdened UKE's chest with his upper body. At the same time he turns both of his wrists upward and raises his right elbow. In this way, the left elbow joint of UKE is strongly twisted. The left arm of UKE, TORI's right forearm and the left wrist of TORI must form a rectangle.

COMMENT:
UKE can try to resist, by bending or tries to bend his arm more and brings his elbow closer to his left side of the body. But in general, it will only delay time by UKE's attempts at liberation leverage.
