Ude hisigi - arm bending

UKE extends his left arm upwards to grip TORI's neck or his right collar. TORI bows his head to the right and raises his right shoulder to clamp the left wrist of UKE between his right shoulder and his right cheek. TORI now puts his palms side by side and the right hand is above the left hand, on the elbow of UKE wherein his own elbows and forearms are close to his body. At the same time, TORI pushes his right knee on to the chest of UKE, at the level of the liver. This prevents that UKE can rotate on his right side while the left knee prevents slipping sideways. TORI stretched his upper body, he can here form a hollow back, upwards, he pushes both hands, which are located on UKE's left elbow towards his lower body. The incipient pain is severe and immediate. TORI added pressure on UKE's elbow with a slight right-hand rotation of the wrists and hips.

COMMENT:
As a variant of the technique described above, TORI can lever with his angled right arm the arm of UKE. For this purpose, TORI placed his elbow flexor on the side of the elbow joint of UKE and pulls his arm back left. The effect is the same as described above.
