Hiza guruma - knee wheel

UKE is forced by TORI to set his left leg forward, so that he is out of balance, or UKE comes in a forward motion to TORI. TORI pulls UKE further in his forwarding direction. The simultaneous pull of TORI must cause UKE out of his balance and moves his head in the direction of TORI's left shoulder. TORI puts his left foot against UKE’s right knee (slightly outwards). TORI's left leg is half stretched and he is slightly leaning backwards.

TORI pulls UKE with both arms forward, thereby UKE is easily lifted on his toes when the imbalance is sufficient, TORI converts his train into a rotation, and draws UKE using his left arm, down; his right arm supports this rotation and pulling motion.

Usage:
If the attacker is in a strong forward motion, this technique makes sense as taking advantage of the movement from the attacker. His "forward thrust" is extended; while simultaneously blocking his front leg ("we make him a leg").
