Harai goshi - Sweeping hip

UKE and TORI face each and UKE comes forward with his right leg and burdened this. TORI puts his left foot between the legs of UKE, laterally inward from the left foot of UKE, here he turns on his left foot counterclockwise before UKE. Before the conclusion of the rotation, he puts his right leg in front of UKE's right foot. This turning movement of TORI is supported by strong pull of his left arm. His bent right arm provides; the elbow is in front of UKE's chest and can be used with a striking technique, the inside of the wrist is located on UKE's left clavicle, that UKE still heavily burdened his right foot.

TORI is now swinging his stretched right leg heavily to the rear. This sweeps UKE's right leg obliquely back. The throwing motion is supported by a strong pull of TORI's left hand and the bending of his upper body. It is important to note that this throwing technique is performed over the hip and on the outside of TORI's right leg. TORI, in this technique, however, somewhat less "sweep", and emphasize the throw more with his hip. The two movements (sweeping and use of the hips) is complemented, but are inversely proportional, this meens , when the sweeping is faster and stronger, the less the rotational movement is required. If the rotation dominated, UKE's weight, however, is much more disturbed.

Usage:
This technique corresponds to the technique of Koshi guruma, but "sweeping" the hip, will build much more momentum and so much heavier opponents can be thrown also very hard.
