Hizi kansetzu waza: Throw by elbow strech lever

Because these techniques are more complex, the description of the implementation is arranged on the right side. The technique is of course also applicable to the other side!

  • Initial situation
    • The defender holds the Hanbo with both hands
    • Grip of the aggressor with the right hand to the left wrist

  • Loosen grip
    • The right not attacked hand let the Hanbo go
    • Strike with the Hanbo by the left hand towards the aggressor (e.g. to the free hand) as a shock technique
    • The right free hand wraps from below around the right hand of the aggressor, doing this ...
    • ... the fingers pess onto the inner wrist and ...
    • ... rotate the gripping arm outwards
    • At the same time the free end of the Hanbo is laid onto the right shoulder

  • Defense technique
    Throw by elbow stretch lever
    • Body rotation to the right; laterally in front of the aggressor, here the left leg is placed between the legs of the aggressor
    • The right hand pulls the loose hand of the aggressor circulary to the front downwards and at the same time ...
    • ... performing a body rotation to the right and a circulary pressure of the Hanbo downwards to the front onto the elbow joint of the aggressor ...
    • ... the aggressor falls by this sweeping performed lever by a roll hardly to the front
