Shoulder lever as a transportation technique

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located right in front of the defender
    • Grip to the opposite collar from the front in the stand

  • Loosen grip
    • fix the gripping hand at the own body by pressure of the same sided hand
    • Vertical hand edge strike (Age shuto uchi) or Knuckle strike (Kobushi Ate) on the spoke bone nerve with the other hand
    • Grip with the striking hand to the gripping hand of the aggressors (changing hands)

    • IMPORTENT:
      Close lateral body contact to the aggressor
      Fixation of the elbow at the own hip
