Elbow shock to the Solar plexus, Knee shock to the testicles

basic defense posture while choking: Chin to chest / Pull up shoulders / Tense neck muscles

  • Initial situation
    • The aggressor is located directly behind the defender
    • Forearm strangulation from the back

  • Loosen grip
    • The same side arm as the strangle arm grips the wrist; the fingertips press on the inner wrist
    • Simultaneous rear elbow shock (Ushiro hizi uchi) with the other arm to the rips or to the Solar plexus

  • Defensetechnique
    Elbow shock, Knee shock
    • Dive under the strangle arm ...
    • .. and turn about 180° towards the aggressor, doing this ...
    • ... out of the rotation a knee shock (Hiza gashira ate) in to the testicles
    • With the free arm a vertical elbow strike (Otoshi hizi uchi) downwards on to the neck. The strangle arm is still gripped

  • Completion

Strangle attacks pose a threat to life, they are consistent, timely and hard to fend off!
