    • The aggressor is located in front of the defender
    • Two handed strangulation in the stand

  • Loosen grip
    • Ambidextrous strike in both arm curls of the strangleing arms from above

  • Defense technique
    Elbow strike, Hand edge strike
    • Vertical elbow strike (Age hizi uchi) to the tip of the chin from below, while ...
    • ... a step is set forward; on the same side as the striking arm
    • Horizontal hand edge strike (Mae shuto uchi) to the carotid artery (same side as the elbow strike)

  • Completion

  • Strangle attacks pose a threat to life, they are consistent, timely and hard to fend off!
