Neck lever as a throw technique - Tate hisigi

basic defense posture while choking: Chin to chest / Pull up shoulders / Tense neck muscles

    • The aggressor is located directly behind the defender
    • Forearm strangulation from behind in the stand

    • The same sided arm as the strangle arm grips the wrist; the fingertips press on the inner wrist and ...
    • ... pulls the arm downwards
    • Simultaneous rear elbow shock (Ushiro hizi uchi) with the other arm to the rips or to the Solar plexus

    • Body rotation about 180° towards the aggressor
